Welcome to the “Love Removal Machine”
- We start a grass roots effort at the state level and find citizens that want to run for that federal office. Quite typically those candidates come from the opposing political party.
- We NEVER engage in attack ads, hate speech or negative campaigning. We look at the incumbent’s record and discuss how they fail to represent the views of the citizens in that state using direct, no nonsense speech.
- We discuss the benefits of a citizen legislator that comes to Washington serves one term, recommends a replacement and then goes back to resume their normal life. This model discourages special interest money and provides for the candidates independence to champion legislation that they really believe in while in office; as they do not need to worry about re-election.
- We use data driven models to choose both hard and easy incumbents to select for replacement by the Love Removal Machine (LRM).
- Those candidates selected by the LRM process will be identified on this web site. All activities conducted by OneAndDoneNow.org are known and open to all. Candidates and issues are made public and freely discussed.
